AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS

Please choose your postage carefully. Standard delivery by Australia post has been drastically cut to 2-3 deliveries a week. This is essentially a budget option now and means delivery will be noticeably slow. We don't recommend this option as it does not come with tracking and will understandably take longer than the time frame eBay estimate (as their system has not updated to calculate the longer time it will take during the restricted delivery times in place at present). However we remain happy to offer this service should the pricing appeal and the extended wait time is not an issue for you. If you wish to have the ability to track your item, please choose the Parcel Post option. This service continues to operate daily and is the advised option at present. If you are happy to go against our advised option and opt for standard non-tracked delivery this is your informed choice, and you agree to not hold us liable for the well-documented and publicised delays occurring with local mail delivery at present.

INTERNATIONAL MAIL IS VERY SLOW AT PRESENT

We cannot emphasise this enough. If you are buying from outside of Australia, you order will take at least two months to arrive. eBay estimates are not in any way an accurate reflection of delivery speed or delivery times at present. DO NOT pay any attention to the eBay estimate as it does not take into consideration the delays with existing restrictions in place and it is misleading. Tracking will update very slowly, sometimes taking many weeks to update. Please do not place an order with us if you are not prepared to wait at least two months for delivery. By continuing with your purchase you agree not to hold us liable for these delays and will not open any item not received disputes until at least two months have passed. Your order will continue to make its way to you as circumstances allow. Please be mindful of this and do not proceed with your ordering if you are not prepared to wait.
