Mega rare LP of Red Garland - Red Garland's Piano (Prestige 7086 - mono) 1950s/early 60s yellow and black label edition with Bergenfield address, RVG stamp and deep groove rings on both sides - NOT a current re-issue. Essential Garland LP features the pianist along with Paul Chambers and Art Taylor in an acknowledged classic that no serious jazz collector can be without.

The LP is in VG+ condition with marks that will make noise and with much if not most of the original shine - not for the audiophile, but not trashed either - still you will hear noise on this one. The cover is in VG+ condition with some general shelf/age wear and a sticker shadow on the back liner where an old price sticker was successfully removed, but NO splits, NO tape, NO writing, NO stickers, NO stamps. Not perfect, but how many of these do you see anymore at any price?
