All of our items are sent safely and securely in box which are including in the shipping cost. We send our items with the United States Postal Service. If you have any special shipping requests such as insurance or a different means of packaging please contact us after winning the auction and before payment.  We have not had many problems with damaged goods through the USPS, but if buying vinyl we strongly suggest you request insurance.  In the event that an item is uninsured and becomes lost or damaged in the mail, the buyer will assume full responsibility.
