Description

 Red House Painters - Down Colorful Hill LP very rare 4AD - debut vinyl album 1992 - CAD 2014

This is the extremely rare vinyl debut LP purchased new on the day of release in August 1992. It is marked first edition on the back cover.

It has only been played a few times, as I used to record my vinyl onto tape and listen to them instead (sad I know).
This is a highly sought after item for fans of Mark Kozelek, or 4AD completists.

The LP is in excellent/near mint condition condition although has the usual faint hairline marks from removal from the sleeve visable only under direct light (one on side two and two lesser ones on side one) however they are purely cosmetic and do not effect play. I tested the record today and it plays perfectly.
 Inner sleeve is near mint although you can see the imprint of the shape of the record on it.
 Outer sleeve (front) is also in excellent condition with only minor wear on the corners from storage and the tiniest of corner creases on the top right corner.
 Reverse of sleeve is a cream, matt finish, so has 'grub' marks along the edges there is also a very minor warping of the card on the bottom left corner visable in the attached pictures.  Please examine photos carefully.
It has been kept in a PVC sleeve since its purchase and will be shipped in it and sandwiched between two pieces of card and taped up well.
