Die größten Troublemaker der Szene Rogga Johansson (Paganizer) und Hakan Stuvemark (Wombbath) lassen den Death'n'Roll der 90er Jahre wieder aufleben...und zwar in Reinkultur! Wo Entombed's "Wolverine Blues" Album aufhörte, setzen nun die Schweden Reek wieder an! Sind Reek Trendsetter eines Revivals? Verdammt gut möglich! Das Album "Death is something there Between" lebt in einem grandiosen Soundgewand und erscheint mit atemberaubendem Artwork von SV Bell (Amorphis, Rotting Christ, Kataklysm, Impaled Nazarene uvm.)" Reek. Rebirth of Old School Death'n'Roll! A creation by the scene's biggest troublemakers Rogga Johansson (Paganizer) and Håkan Stuvemark (Wombbath) . It all came together the summer of 2019 after a few songs written and Håkan tested to sing which led to make a mid 90's Death'n'Roll Album in the vein and sound of Entombed's mid 90s records. On drums you hear Jon Skäre (Defiatory, Wachenfeldt) and on bass Mathias Back from Fimbultyr. It resulted in an 11 track dirty, heavy and macho sounding Full Length Album! Mixed by Håkan Stuvemark at Studio Nostalgica and mastered by Thomas Von Wachenfeldt (Wombbath, Wachenfeldt) at Bowstead Studios. The album cover art painted by SV Bell, known for Amorphis, Rotting Christ, Kataklysm and Impaled Nazarene cover art to mention a few. The revival of a genre? Highly possible !
