Varujan Kojian and the Utah Symphony
Reference Recordings RR-11 This is a very special and unique recording. It is Hector Berlioz’s Symphonie Fantastique performed by Varujan Kojian and the Utah Symphony in March 1982. It was recorded on analog tape and released by audiophile label Reference Recordings. What makes it unique is that the disc was recorded at 45 RPM on 2 discs. Also unique is that the fact that Movements 4 and 5, which most people will play most often, are pressed onto Side 3 and then repeated on Side 4.The jacket is in NM- condition with only a very slight bent corner. The discs are in Near Mint Condition. Includes “rice-paper” inner sleeves. I also have other audiophile discs for sale and will combine shipping.
