Description
NO INTERNATIONAL BIDDING. NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.
For your consideration, you are Bidding (with NO RESERVE, beyond the minimum starting bid) on My Rare (Promo Punched in top right corner) Vinyl LP Record Album of the Original Motion Picture Soundtrack Music from the 1985 Walt Disney Pictures Film "Return to OZ," with Music by David Shire and Performed by The London Symphony Orchestra at Abbey Road Studios (on the Sonic Atmospheres Record Label #113). (Note: See close-up pictures of the album cover and vinyl for other details. It appears pressed at BMI (No. 3). The hand etched matrix marks include: A SIDE: "SA 113-A" and "21631(3)," B SIDE: "SA-113-B"). The record plays beautifully, with slight hiss, few light pops, and no skips. I self-graded it as VG+, with signs of use, but no abuse and no deep scratches. The record sleeve has some bends in the right-hand corners, but otherwise is flat and clean. A poly cover has been added for protection. This came from the personal collection of famed Walt Disney Music Producer / Conductor Buddy Baker. I think he got this copy from just being at Disney when Sonic gave out this promo copy. There are no album references to Buddy having anything to do with creating this album. This came from a retired 40+ Walt Disney Audio Imagineer who was a friend of Buddy and who worked with him at Disney. This weighs 8.1-Ounces, without counting additional for overpackaging. Shipping includes tracking and insurance, and I may add my own USPS Signature Receipt Service. Hopefully, from the pictures and my description, you can fully appreciate what is being offered here.
Please let me know if you have any questions. I pride myself in shipping very quickly/carefully and my auction descriptions are accurate.
