Cover is included, it has almost a full seam split top and bottom not visible in the pictures.
Vinyl has plenty of wear and scuffs... play tested the entire record, it has several issues but did play all the way through. There is some moderate crackle on this record, as well as a brief "jump" on song 2 side 2. The crackle is there but never overpowering, this record grades between G+/VG-, not a bad filler copy of a tough record to find.
