Covers on both sides are clean;

Front Cover has tiny tear mark in

upper right corner, a very light

crease mark on right side & no

stickers / writing

Back Cover has light blue pen

markings near Chuck Berry photo

& no stickers/tears

Seam on side is completely intact

and top/bottom seams have thin

slits which are neatly scotch taped
