Description
For sale is a nearly pristine copy of Robert Johnson's "King of the Delta Blues Singers." This is the rare, original, Columbia 6-eye pressing CL 1654.
Condition:
The vinyl is in Excellent condition. The few markings present are very, very faint streaks from going in and out of the jacket a few times. I couldn't see them unless I held them to the light in just the right way. I noticed one very shallow hairline scratch that appears to be from jacket wear, not from any sort of mishandling. I have avoided playing it in order to preserve its condition, but it should play perfectly based on what I see.
The jacket is in VG to VG+ condition. Most of the original shrink wrap is still in place and intact. The lower right hand corner of the jacket has a slight indentation and the left hand corner (back side) has a small pen marking. As you can see in the picture, the original inner sleeve has some wear.
