A very clean copy of Robert Pete Williams' "Those Prison Blues". Williams recorded these tracks in 1959-60 while an inmate in Angola State Prison in Lousiana. They really convey the feelings of hopelessness and the range of feeling that an inmate serving a life sentence. Tracks include "Pardon Denied Again", "Up and Down Blues", " "I Got the Blues So Bad", and six more.
This LP comes from a radio station library, and was played very little if at all. Sleeve has stickers front and rear, a bit of ink front, colored tape on the spine for index purposes, and a promo stamp rear lower right. (See photos)
