LIMITED EDITION GOLD-PLATED VINYL LP + FRAME DISPLAY
CLANNAD - LEGEND : The soundtrack to HTV's influential "ROBIN OF SHERWOOD" series which starred MICHAEL PRAED & JASON CONNERY
This is a 24k gold-plated disk of Clannad's award-winning LEGEND album, the soundtrack to the landmark television series, featuring the title theme "Robin, the Hooded Man"
Presented in a bespoke 20" x 16" polished, gold framed display with plexi glass, ready to hang on the wall. (This is not a cheaply sprayed record. It is guaranteed not to fade, crack or peel.)
I've had this for over 9 years. This was a special commissioned item by me, because I grew up with listening to this amazing soundtrack and wanted to make a display. It was plated from the original vintage record.
Plated with the same process as the RIAA Awards, the same as you would see on the walls of the HARD ROCK CAFE, ROCK AND ROLL MUSEUMS and ROCK STARS pads, it comes replete with its own custom plaque and bevel mounted cover art.
(Again, this is not an official RIAA Award likely to have been presented to the band. It is a high standard copy, but using the exact same process)
This process is now considerably more expensive than it used to be, and this is the only LEGEND album I've seen plated. It would look great on a wall alongside an Albion replica and photos from the series. A really stunning conversation piece. It really reflects the light very well.
