Rock ‘N Roll With Rhythm & Blues LP (Aladdin 710, 1956) G+/VG+, Various Artists

Artist: Various

Album: Rock 'N Roll With Rhythm & Blues

Description: Original 1st pressing - maroon Aladdin label with DG.  Has older vellum paper inner sleeve.  Not sure if it's original, but it's in good shape and period appropriate.  Super-early rock/r&b album.  Aladdin was one of the first labels to give this kind of music any attention.  An absolutely huge album in the development of the genre.  Really cool and rare music on this one,

Sleeve Condition: G+,  most notable defect is the water damage on the bottom quarter.  This is a shame because the rest of the cover doesn't look too bad.  There is some slight paper loss, but mostly it's paper stuck on from an adjacent album.  There was some mold along the bottom, but I've cleaned it pretty well.  You might want to give it another once over though.  It is split on top almost all the way and across the bottom about 3/4 of the way.  Displays better than it's true grade, but I'd call this a G+ or so.

Vinyl: VG+, now the vinyl is in really nice shape. First of all the label is very clean, no tears or writing.  Has just the slightest bit of spindle wear.  Play tested and plays great.  Nice sound.  Some light noise in a couple of spots, but nothing close to long or overpowering.  Visually side A has a couple of shallow scratches, not feelable and again, doesn't really affect play at all.  Side B is a touch nicer, does have a handful of very small, shallow scuffs.  Not many on either side.  Just a very nice looking and playing record.  Will make a great and rare addition to your collection.

I want buying from me to be a good experience for you.  I also know that condition can be very subjective, so I encourage you to see pics for exact condition details and ask questions if you need additional information.  As always, the item you see is the one you will get.  Please see my feedback, I think that will show that I am an accurate and fair grader and make sure my customers are happy.

Check out my other listings, I'm adding several very cool new records to the store this week from a couple of recent collection purchases.  Please mark me as a favorite seller if you like what you see.  I have bunch of stuff to get rid of.  Good luck and happy bidding!!
