Description
Decent copy of Gene Vincent Capitol 811. Taped seam at top, 2" taped at top of spine. Cover wear as shown. I bought this from Ann Paulson, in Bossier City, Louisiana. Ann worked as the security guard at the Louisiana Hayride. She drove by one day and Gene and the rest of the Blue Caps were sitting on the steps of the Municipal Auditorium where the Hayride was. Together, they didn't even have enough money to buy a hamburger. Ann took them home, made them a nice meal. They asked Ann to be their Fan Club president in Louisiana, and she agreed. I got some amazing Vincent photos and records from Ann. My own copy of this record came out of the XERB radio station library, in Rosarito Beach, Baja California, Mexico. I cleaned out that station in 1980 and it's a promo. Media rate postage is $4 with delivery confirmation. International Air= $16. California residents pay 8% sales tax.
