Rocky Horror Picture Show Album. AUTOGRAPHED COPY. London Cast, 1973.
I bought this at a car boot sale 20 years ago. The cover is quite tatty and worn. The album has some scuffs and the odd small scratch. I've never played it, but it looks like it would play ok. However you are mainly buying this because of the autograph on the back cover. I can'y say for certain that this is O'Brian's signature, but it looks very much like those I've seen online, so I believe it is genuine.
