For sale is Rod Stewart's Gasoline Alley, originally released in 1970 by Mercury Records in a deluxe gate-fold presentation. The first pressing has a textured cover with raised cobblestones, titles and Rod himself in relief.I always put my new records directly into a protective inner sleeve(s), thus preserving the integrity of the insert(s) and the original inner sleeve(s). There are no original inner sleeves with this listing. The vinyl is Near Mint. The cover is Near Mint. The spine is perfect. It's been played only on Audiophile equipment and still has a lot of life yet. I have never seen or heard a better copy of this record, especially in this (Mint-) condition! This is so rare that I believe you will never find this record in this condition ever again. This would make a great addition to a anyone's collection. Thank You for looking. I'm not a professional grader of records, but will use record guides, as well as my personal experiences as a basis of my grading all records. Since grading is subjective, I will be conservative.
