Rod Stuart never a dull moment vinyl case

How a record that is more than 45 years old can be in this good of condition is pretty incredible. I hesitate because I want to grade both the sleeve and the vinyl as NM but I will be conservative and call them both VG. The very unique gatefold cover is also very cool.
