Item-Description Original pressings guaranteed.Original Sth African pressing on A&M/Sussex AML S 6700. These are reasonably common in Australia as they were imported here after the stock of Local A&M/Sussex copies ran out.After depleting the US copies available from Warehouses Sydney import shops sourced a supply from Sth Africa. There was a ready supply for the buying public. Sydney radio station 2JJ was playing the songs in 1975/76 and people wanted to hear the acid folk tones of Sixto Rodriguez.When the supply from Sth African ran out the Blue Goose pressings took up the slack. Sales were so good that Rodriguez toured to critical and popular acclaim. So much so that a Live Album as released as a momento of that tour in the early 80s.
Cover- VG+...some laminate bubbling etc as is the norm for the half laminated sleeves
