Description

WHITE AT TOP OF COVER ON FIRST PICTURE IS FLASH NOT COVER WEAR !

( sorry , my camera is not better , or takes better pictures. )

This is an original 1964 vinyl album by The Rolling Stones.  This is the very first album by the band and a real rock, blues, beat, rave classic.  This rare 1st pressing LP " England's Newest Hit Makers " (LL 3375) is on the London label.  The label is the original unboxed maroon version.  The original "Free full color photo of the Rolling Stones" that is advertised on the cover is still intact and in NM condition (Great color and NO tape marks, creases, pin holes).  The cover is the original thick stock with a textured feel to it (not slick feeling).  The cover is also in beautiful NM condition.  The color, seams, spine, edges are all just fantastic.  The only issue i can find at all, on the cover, is the bottom right corner has a tiny, very slightest, of a ding to the front.  This is so small it can't be seen on the back and hardly shows from the front.  The other three corners are sharp and clean.  This black textured cover shows wear super easy, but this one is crazy clean, even to the right edge where the opening is.  No ring wear or discoloration on the front or back.  Man do I love these deep groove pressing on these early london recordings.  The original mono recordings just have a great bright urgent sound to them.  The record itself is in strong VG condition (or mabey a little better) with NO skips.  I played it twice while doing this work and there was the odd tick here or there (Little by Little, Can I get a Whitness) and some background noise on parts, but it playes through with no skips.  Don't get me wrong the vinyl is still very enjoyable , but there is some background noise and some marks.  The side two label is very nice with only light spindle marks to detract, but the side one label also has a small 1/8 inch blimish beside the spindle hole.  Great classic start to an amazing carrer.  The vinyl is still enjoyable, but the cover and original insert picture are JUST KNOCKOUTS !!

P.S.- I didn't want anybody to think I was trying to hide anything, so I went back and took two more pictures : The side two label blimish (picture #8) and the corner ding (picture#9).

I ship fast and TAKE GREAT CARE TO PACK GOOD AND SAFE in a new album mailer with filler pads for extra protection.

THANKS for the interest and good luck with bidding. I will NOT end my auction early.
