Description

Here we have for sale a US 1966 1st press Mono copy of Rolling Stones- Aftermath on the London Records label in excellent condition. A rare find in the UK and Europe.


Purchased from new from the famous Dobells record store in London this has been lightly played and carefully stored by the same owner for over 57 years and still has the original price sticker!


The record has been thoroughly cleaned in our amazing Degritter ultrasonic cleaner and the vinyl has come up spotless, black and very shiny ( see photos) with hardly any marks. The labels and spindle holes are clean and the vinyl sits flat on the turntable.


Playback is excellent- a wonderful, clean & vibrant mono sound, big and bold, as these old Mono pressings often are. No issues whatsoever- no jumps, sticking or pops- the vinyl is quiet and plays beautifully.


The laminate front sleeve is in beautiful condition with no writing, stains or tears. No laminate lift.


The original printed London inner sleeve is also still present & in good shape, however after cleaning we have popped the record into a brand new anti static inner sleeve to keep it pristine after cleaning- you will receive both.


The record will be sent in an archival outer sleeve to preserve it ( see photo).


A lovely example of this classic RS album to own and enjoy- fully cleaned and ready to pop straight onto your turntable & enjoy!
