LONDON TOP-1772. AS TEARS GO BY/ TELL ME. Japanese pressing. This style sleeve is a single sheet with lyrics on the reverse side and a London Company sleeve holds the 45. The picture sleeve is near mint. The 45 grades near mint. More Stones have been listed.

Near Mint or Mint Minus- Top condition with the most minor of wear.
VG++ - Not quite near mint but a super clean, desirable copy.
VG+ -Shows signs of wear but no significant defects.
VG -Obvious signs of wear but still has life in it. VG does NOT mean beat.
VG Minus -Moderate to heavy wear. OK if you need a filler copy.
G -Borders on unplayable. Only acceptable for the absolute rarest record.
