Description
This item is a rare mono import album made and released in the United Kingdom in 1968 by The Rolling Stones entitled ‘Beggars Banquet’. Record label and number is Decca Records LK 4955. This record was only released in mono in the U.K. and Brazil. Record itself is in VG+ condition with just a few light hairline scuffs and some light spindle wear on the record labels. There is also a small visible scuff on the song ‘Jigsaw Puzzle’ that does not effect play. Record was a very enjoyable listen with just some very light background noise between some of the songs (see photos). Gatefold laminated cover is in VG condition with flaws being general wear, slight small creases along the top, spine and bottom of the cover, a tear inside the left opening of the gatefold cover and wear at the top left corner (see photos). See photos for song listings. Only the third mono import copy of this Stones album that I’ve ever seen in over 45 years of collecting records and condition wise this is the best one I’ve seen.
