The Rolling Stones - Beggars Banquet

(Decca LK 4955 UK LP 1968)

 

This is a UK original Mono LP pressing. It has a a front laminated gatefold sleeve, & comes with its original polythene-lined company inner sleeve. - which is in VG+ condition. 

The record has red "unboxed" Decca labels. It has -4A/ -2A matrix stampers. The quite rare UK original Mono pressing. 

 

Gatefold Sleeve: There is a tiny 0.5 cm seam split at the top sleeve opening on the rear sleeve only. There is some mild rubbing wear to the other three corner tips. There is some very light to mild rubbing wear to the spine. There are some light scratch marks/ indentations on the rear sleeve. VG+ condition.

Vinyl: There are a fair amount of sleeve rubs which can be seen under a strong light, and about 4 light marks. Good+ condition. The labels are nice and clean & show mild spindle wear. Plays VG to VG+ overall. There is light, or mild, crackle in some quieter places. There are a few light intermittent clicks on "Salt Of The Earth". It doesn't last too long. Overall this is a very reasonable playing copy.

 

Grading adheres to “Record Collector” specifications. I shall use good quality packaging (proper vinyl mailers & two card dividers).
