Up for bids is The Rolling Stones "Big Hits (High Tide And Green Grass)" LP (L2OP 1008).
This is an Audiophile Japanese Import with OBI Strip. It offers superior sound to standard LP's. Audiophile Imports are not mass produced, but rather are limited to a small number of pressings (quality over quantity).
The record is pressed on see-thru blue vinyl. It is my understanding, that the blue vinyl copies were the first pressings of this Japanese edition, and that they are scarce and harder to find. It is also my understanding that it is OOP (Out Of Print).
It has a gatefold style jacket and contains a gatefold insert and postcard.
The front of the insert contains the Stones singles and albums discography in English. The interior contains the song lyrics in English and Japanese. The back page contains writing in Japanese.
I purchased this album new when it was first released. I played it only once - on a quality turntable. It has been properly / vertically stored in it's original clear outer bag (included) in our smoke-free home. Because it has been properly stored, there is no ring-wear.

Inner clear plastic bag-style sleeve came with crinkles. I think it would be hard for it to be smoothe - just the material it's made of.
