Description

  • 1st UK mono pressing with large unboxed Decca logo on light blue labels with silver print
  • Matrix numbers: XARL-7503-1A and XARL-7504-4A
  • "Long Playing 33rpm" full frequency range recording "ffrr 'ear' logo"
  • Made in England · The Decca Record Co. Ltd.
  • Housed in gatefold sleeve, with integral 6 page picture booklet stapled to the cover
  • With original poly-lined Decca mono inner sleeve

    Condition:  (disc/sleeve) VG+/EX

Condition is expressed as two abbreviations, separated by a slash. The first refers to the disc and the second to the sleeve. The abbreviations we use are as follows:

M (Mint), EX (Excellent), VG (Very Good), G (Good), F (Fair), B (Bad).

For example: EX/VG indicates that the record is in Excellent condition and the sleeve in Very Good condition.

Grading Definitions

  • EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
  • VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
  • GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and the contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
