Description
The Rolling Stones “Big Hits (High Tide And Green Grass)” Original 1966 pressing U.S. LP. Stereo. FACTORY SEALED with the original hype sticker fully intact. Gatefold LP Jacket with 8-Page color photo booklet within. 1966 London Records NPS-1. Made in the United States.
Quite rare to find an original factory sealed 1966 pressing of this wonderful compilation. Here’s one with no rips, tears, or seam-splits or any promo “hole punches” to the LP sleeve. The hype sticker is clean, the spine is crisp with clearly legible text. No creases. A few corners have minor crinkles that are pretty much only noticeable upon very close inspection (see pics).
A portion of the shrinkwrap has become undone over the center portion of the rear cover. Other than those minor imperfections, this looks as near to “As new” as you’d hope to find. The three small holes you see going vertically down the center portion the front cover are the factory made “Breathe Holes” put there intentionally to alleviate stress from the tightness of the shrinkwrap. Also, any marks that appear to be scratches or scuffs in any of these photos is on the shrinkwrap only, and not on the LP Jacket itself. A superb copy.
