DESCRIPTION: Classic Rolling Stones double LP- Exile On Main Street. 1st UK pressing in gatefold box sleeve with original thick card printed inner sleeves, correct white die-cut inners and lowest possible A1/B1/C1/D1 matrix. Postage cost includes tracking and a box/cruciform mailer. LABEL AND CATALOGUE NUMBER: Rolling Stones COC 69100. YEAR OF RELEASE: 1972. COUNTRY OF RELEASE: UK. CONDITION (VINYL/COVER). F+ (please read on, decent VG visually)/VG+/VG. Vinyls are both clean with a decent sheen. I have played the majority of both discs over the last few weeks on my budget deck. Both sit perfectly flat on the turntable. Both generally play around EX. Music is clean, clear and loud with a few random ticks. "Rocks Off" skips for no apparent reason on 4 or 5 random occasions hence low grade for disc 1. The rest of disc 1 plays loud and clear with no issues. Cover is in decent shape. It is firm and square and has moderate edge wear , heavy corner wear and light to moderate creasing. There are a couple of small areas of faded blue on the front of the cover, its pretty hard to spot unless you are looking for it. Original printed inners are EX or very near with light wear and no splits. Original white die cut inners are both clean and have no splits. One has very light wear the other light to moderate. Really clean labels- just check out the photos. No writing, rips, stickers or sticker tears. PLEASE CHECK OUT MY OTHER STONES/CLASSIC/HARD ROCK LISTINGS IN MY EBAY SHOP. Grading system: I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading system. I DO PLAY EVERY RECORD I LIST NOW even though its often just quite briefly. Please bear in mind you may get a touch of background sound, even if its just on intros and between the tracks on 30-40 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding,scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN BEST QUALITY MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS. I ALWAYS COMBINE POSTAGE BUT COST DEPENDS ENTIRELY ON WEIGHT OF PACKAGE. EACH EXTRA SINGLE DISC LP IS ROUGHLY £1.75 TO EUROPE, £2.75 TO THE AMERICAS AND £3.25 TO THE REST OF THE WORLD.
