Description

An original 1st press on UK Decca from whilst charting. Matrix 1W/1W. Notice how the album title is in bold font - these are often the earliest copies. Well worth seeking out the earliest pressing as they were pressed chunkier! The vinyl comes housed in a front laminated cover. We also have the original blue and white Decca inner sleeve. So, we're 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex) In very nice condition and has only seen relatively light use. Under close inspection I could make out a few very superficial marks per side - nothing troublesome though. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an EXCELLENT level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are very nice and quiet and the audio comes across with superb clarity. Little to quibble at here - it plays clean. Even into those super low-key tracks.. 'Love In Vain' plays clean - which is unusual. Expect nothing more than a few crackles in one isolated spot per side. Highly Recommended!
Cover (Ex-) Very nice flat and shiny front - just one thumbnail. The rear seems to have avoided most of the ageing process. Edge wear is minimal and the spine 100% intact. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity. A very fine looking specimen.
Inner (Vg+) A bit of ageing and no splits. Bag present.
