DESCRIPTION: Supremely rare Rolling Stones “Goat’s Head Soup” LP with “press pack”. This item would have been sent out to radio stations, music magazines for review and the like, only a small number of these would have been printed and sent around so this package is scarce. Comes with two inserts and a black gatefold outer sleeve with “The Rolling Stones” in white using the same font that appears on the original sleeve. It seems there may have been a press release with it at one point also as there is an only staple with a scrap of paper attached to it. The actual press release, unfortunately, is missing though. The vinyl is EX- with a small number of hairline marks and minimal spindle wear. The black sleeve is VG- with damage/wear to the edges and corners but nothing too severe (see pictures). The original sleeve is VG with some creases to the corners.
