Rolling Stones Must Have Mick Jagger Tom Donahue Interview April 1971With Letter

        For many years I did promotion for music labels, large and small, and have accumulated product not only from labels I represented but labels I competed with as well.  Understand this was not a collection as such; it was the residue of what I did for a living. These discs were not stored in air tight lockers of kept in a temperature controlled clean room, they were in boxes in my office and although they may have never been removed from the dust jacket please expect dust and even some light scratching.  Some have survived the passage of time in never opened, mint, condition.  From 1971 we have for a no reserve auction what appears to be a never or lightly played copy of a Mick Jagger’s interview with Tom Donahue on Rolling Stone Records.  This disc has a glossy surface, perfect Rolling Stone yellow labels and not only retains in its original plain white inner paper sleeve and chip board jacket but the letter that accompanied the disc to selected radio stations signed by Marshall Chess giving background on the how and when.  Having the pleasure of meeting both Mr. Jagger and Mr. Donahue, I wonder who interviews who.  Does Mick ask Tom about Autumn Records, The Beau Brummels and the San Francisco FM music scene or does Tom ask Mick insightful questions that we all would like to hear answered.  I know there are several of these discs available here on eBay but this one is collector quality and the one you should own for your Stones collection.  If you have questions about this item please make use of the “Ask The Seller A Question” option.  We welcome your comments and suggestions on how we might improve the content of our listings.  We also would appreciate corrections, if it appears our facts are wrong or misleading.  If you have questions about the seller, please review our feedback.  Postage in the Continental United States will be exactly what the USPS requires.  We charge an additional $ 2.00 to cover the cost of a new mailer, pads and USPS Delivery Confirmation.
