Description

Original Decca 1971....Heavy-set....deep mono grooves...[Matrix 2A/2A] 33 speed exhibiting at 9 o'clock and 'mono' showing at 12 o'clock - like the earliest boxed copies. Almost all Blind Man covers from the 60's look in terrible condition - this one has just been whipped outta the shrink!
Whilst the offending 'Blind Man' text was technically withdrawn in 1965...[due to its  noteriety]...it resurfaced later in the sixties. And exhibits on this '71 copy.
This copy will kill it for audio...
Vinyl (Ex+) In very nice condition and has only seen relatively light use. There's a couple of  very slight marks observable nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an EXCELLENT+ level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are lovely and quiet and the audio comes across with excellent clarity, No background at all. Clean player throughout. Sweet! If you are looking for an ultimate audio pressing...
Cover (Ex+) Never seen one like this before. Basically the same condition as when it was shop bought. Perfectly flat. Perfect shiny front. Perfectly white rear. The reason it is looking so good is that i just whipped it outta the original shrink. Spine 100% intact.
Inner (Ex-) excellent order. Hardly any ageing or splits.
