MONO LK 4661 ORIGINAL 1st UK pressing

Sleeve

Blind Man text on cover, printed by James Upton , later banned for its offensive implications and highly sought after by collectors, becoming more and more difficult to locate now in clean condition! Only slight discoloration on reverse album sleeve . Minor  tear, on opening reverse edge. Few creases on the laminate. Very good condition .

Vinyl

Not over played. A few surface marks visible . Deep gloss and an excellent sheen .

Labels

Wide ridged,1st issue, early pressing-open Decca format. Several spindle lines visible. One side (2) has light damage where spindle has grazed it a couple of times with subsequent loss of coloration.Very good condition.

Original inner sleeve

Handling/playing text -very good condition

Audio

Side 1 Excellent with little to fault

Side 2 Tr 5 /opening grooves–Groove wear for a couple of revolutions, resulting in a couple of seconds hiss .Track 3-tiniest scratch resulting in one light tick and only detected if you are listening hard through the music.

So a very decent example of THE earliest pressing of this monumental Stones release.

A fantastic vintage classic, not to be missed.
