Rolling Stones - Not Fade Away 45 with picture sleeve First ever US pic sleeve

Recently acquired a bunch of lovely 45's, LP's and 12" singles! Many promos and oddities here...make sure to check out my other auctions for add'l rarities and such. 
Not Fade Away b/w I Wanna Be Your Man 45rpm single. DR 32719 / 45-LON-9657.  
Disc: 
Not Fade Away side: one scratch, unable to be felt; standard scuffing. Could use a good cleaning, tbh. Slight label wear. Weak VG+.  I Wanna Be Your Man side: scuffs and light scratches; all unable to be felt. Scuffing goes partially across label as well. VG.

Sleeve: Both sides display the same picture. 
Side "1": Pink discoloration on the word "The"; looks like it may be from a price sticker. Small amount of yellow adhesive underneath. Very light outer ringwear. Dog-eared crease in upper right-hand corner (which will be on the upper left on Side "2"). 
Side "2": Aforementioned crease. Missing parts of label (but not ripped) under "45-9657" and over "Not Fade Away" (see pics). Super small tear in the upper missing part. 
Seams are intact. No splits or other tears. Will not ship in this sleeve, I will ship in a generic sleeve so that the record doesn't slice through picture sleeve in transport. 
I always grade conservatively so that there are no nasty surprises for anyone. :)

This is a visual grading, not a play grade.
Will ship worldwide for this item; dimensions of package will be 7x7x1. Will ship in a specialized cardboard box, solely constructed for vinyl records. I don't make a penny off of shipping; the way that it should be.  
Intra-US shipping costs: Media Mail - 3.00. Priority Mail - 6.00. I ship media mail by default; if you want Priority, please let me know. I combine shipping, too. $1 for each additional record.
