Rolling Stones - Paint It Black - 1966 - 7" Vinyl 45 RPM - Picture Sleeve - Decca - German - Germany 
I am not a record collector nor do I know how to grade records.  
Picture Sleeve--Appears to be in very good condition except for the red price tag.  Otherwise, no writing, tears or creases.  If displayed, best to display same identical image on the back sleeve.
Record Labels:  Decca record label is very good on both sides with minimal wear.  
Record Vinyl:  The vinyl record looks to be in very good condition minus to my novice eyes. Generally, the vinyl looks fine but there may be some minor scratches.
Bought this record on eBay about five years ago and didn't do anything with the record.  I do not have a turntable to play this record and my current purchase history on eBay only goes back two years so I cannot find specific information or grading about this record but the record visually appears fine.
