Please note that all record condition ratings are a visual evaluation only.  All of the records I have for sale are from my personal collection. I have owned them from new and they were played only on high-end audiophile turntables.  They were handled with great care but because I no longer have a turntable and haven't played them for over ten years, I cannot guarantee audio perfection.  However, I don't recall any pops, clicks or any significant surface noise when this was last played. 

 

 I would rate the vinyl as excellent, close to near-mint.  There are no visible scuffs on side one and side two only has a couple of minor scuffs which will not affect the sound.  The inner paper sleeve has creased corners and the right side flap has come unglued but not ripped or otherwise damaged.  The sleeve (cover) has some wrinkling above the belt buckle and some very faint ball point pen writing (4 letters) on the black portion on the rear which is barely visible.  See the photos which are of the actual record up for auction.
