THE ROLLING STONES - 'STICKY FINGERS'

1971 UK 1st PRESSING LP


This barely played & well looked-after UK 1971 1st pressing is on the custom yellow Rolling Stones label: COC 59100

The disc is housed within the iconic Andy Warhol designed cover featuring a fully working zipper.

The package is 100% complete with its original printed insert and 'Patent No...' inner-sleeve.

Matrices: COC 59100-A3 & COC 59100-B5

'T.M.L. ROLLING STONES RECORDS' is etched into the side 1 run-out.

An immaculate & vibrant pair with no spindle marks or wear to each centre hole.

Vinyl:

Visual: EXCELLENT +

Both playing surfaces of this well-looked after copy are extremely clean & bright with just 2 or 3 wispy hairlines on side 1 visible strong daylight. Careful examination in strong daylight reveals little more than some more harmless wispy paper hairlines but no other significant or major blemishes. There is a small scuff over the first track on side two which causes a couple of soft clicks on the fade out of "Bitch"

Cover:

EXCELLENT

Nice to find this fragile and easily damaged cover in such fine condition. The front panel is clean, flat with the only blemish being a few dings next to the zip-puller and minor creasing to the belt top-opening. All corners are sharp and square and the top-opening edges have some small areas of wear. The rear is totally unmarked. Both seams and the fully worded spine spine are fully intact with no splits or stresses. Hard to find better.

Clean & flat with just some light ring wear, but no writing, tears or splits.

Clean & bright. Just some very faint yellowing due to age.
