Description

We have been trading, selling vinyl, CDs and cassettes, in Bury for more than 30 years.  Most of our stock is unplayed but we list as used due to the length of time in storage or may have been on display in our units over the many years.  We have now introduced some pre-owned items into our stock but aim to describe our items accurately.     Rolling Stones  "Their Satanic Majesties Request"  LP / Vinyl  "3D Gatefold Sleeve"

 

Cat No: TXL.103  Matrix:  ARL-8126-1P  /  ARL-8127-P1   Released on Decca Records in 1967       This  Vinyl LP  is VG- condition, there are a few hairline surface marks on both sides and one small  deeper mark Side 1 track 5.  However this vinyl is overall in a lovely clean condition.
The unboxed DECCA, light blue / silver labels are clean.  
This Rare 3D Gatefold sleeve is in GOOD condition,  scuffs on the corners and around the edges.  There is some old sellotape yellowing down the spine - the word MONO can be clearly read on the spine.  The 3D picture is intact, clear and clean.  The inside of the sleeve is clean and the colours stand out.  Lovely condition apart from the damage to the spine
The original inner sleeve has split on one side.



Grading Guide   Mint ( M ) The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks. The cover and any extra items such as lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as sealed or unplayed should be mint.   Near Mint ( NM ) For a record that appears new but is known to have been played because the label has light spindle marks or because it has come from a previous owner and is assumed to have been played by them.   Excellent ( Ex ) The record shows signs of having been played but no visible marks that affect sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.   Very Good ( VG ) The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.   Good ( G ) The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
