Description
The misprint with this album being that on the vinyl the band is named the ‘Ronnettes’ instead of the ‘Ronettes.’ Vinyl is a solid very good potentially a very good plus and a number grade of 75. I listened to the first track, ‘Be My Baby’ through a pair of Grado PS1000e’s and although there was some surface noise overall it was a good listen. Excellent separation between Phil’s Wall of Sound and Veronica’s vocals and without a doubt this album still has plenty of life left in it. I have since placed the vinyl in a MOFI sleeve. I would say the jacket is would be more along the line of vg and assign a score of 70. I have tried to capture the nature of the wear in these pictures. Despite the fact that the jacket was never stored in a plastic sleeve overall it does still look very good.
Finally, regarding shipping the album is shipped within cardboard inside of a Whiplash record mailer with the album outside of the jacket but within the plastic sleeve (in order to protect the spine of the jacket).
