Vinyl graded as VG+ but plays like new. Sleeve still in shrink w/ Hype sticker & is graded as NM.


This is the 2010 reissue, different from the P-vine reissue from 2022 w/ the Obi strip. This version is limited to 500 copies.


Recorded Live at Small’s (NYC) in 1973, Roy Brooks as bandleader delivers some of the most exploratory jazz of the early 70’s, blending elements of free jazz, jazz funk, spiritual jazz & world (African) inspired music - and here adding vocals throughout this record.


Father of NYC hip-hop artist Nas, Olu Dara, plays trumpet on the record. Also featuring big names in jazz like Joe Bonner, Reggie Workman, Cecil Bridgewater & Sonny Fortune (among others).
