Condition is BRAND NEW / FACTORY SEAL with some perforation tear on the loose bag seal on the spine side (see pictures). The perforation does not go all the way down the side so the album sleeve has never been removed! This is the poor nature of the plastic bag design but the cover has never been removed but was due to handling.
