(the "72" in the dead wax confirms this)

Historic 45 rpm record

Rufus "Hound dog" Thomas Jr. "Bear Cat" And "Walking in the Rain" Original 1953 Sun 181 Pressing. Super rare to find the original 45.

Rufus Thomas' first record and the first hit for the Sun Label. This is the original pressing with "Hound Dog" above Thomas Jr. on label. Very rare!

Record is in VG condition. Numerous surface scratches and scuffs. One or too slightly deeper. Some very light rubbing to the A side label. B-side is bright and clean.

Plays all the way through without skipping on both sides. Plays with usual background noise and some crackle. Has several surface marks that make a few soft pops. Still a very playable copy!

Generic paper sleeve.
