Part of a collection left to me by a friend who passed away, I’m no expert at grading records but have a good eye as been collecting myself for 30 years, late friend was an avid collector who kept notes on his collection.

Notes on this one state record in excellent condition and sleeve and insert are very good.

On inspection I’d agree with the notes.
