A reluctant sale

Cared for since purchase in 2012. Genuinely don't think any of the records have been played, but they have been handled occasionally.
Records conservatively graded as Near Mint (M-), but do keep in mind that the box set has largely been in storage for over a decade, so some anti static treatment/cleaning is likely to be required before enjoying the records to the full. Video attached for reference.
Heavyweight cloth box is in very good condition with only light signs of storage and handling.
All 15 record sleeves are in excellent condition with only faint signs of storage and handling. LP1 has an incredibly minor scuff to the spine, as shown.
Gloss paper tracklisting of each record had initially been stuck to the back of the box but eventually came off and is included loose. The paper has some faint creasing and has some light yellowing to the reverse.
So hard to know how to price this. Only one recent UK sale and I'd argue that the condition of that box set was not nearly as good as this one.
