Description

This is a true gem, it's the only full-length release from vintage San Antonio metal quintet S.A. Slayer, titled "Go For The Throat" in Mint condition and still in the FACTORY SEAL! Released on small US label Under Den Linden Records (cat. # UDL-1), I have had this record in my collection for over 15 years and I guarantee you this is NOT a bootleg. I have another opened copy of the LP that I listen to, and the Matrix numbers are S 19325 1-1 and S 19326 1-1, pressed by Kdisc Ch. Features ten songs of vintage speed/power metal, the band features a well-known line-up: Guitarist Ron Jarzombek is known as the genius who later went to WatchTower, Spastic Ink and Blotted Science, drummer Dave McClain is one of the top metal drummers (Machine Head, and before that Sacred Reich and Juggernaut), the late vocalist Steve Cooper late sang with Juggernaut and Narita, bassist Don Van Stavern went on to play with Riot and Narita, and guitarist Bob Catlin also went on to play with Juggernaut. A great slice of metal history, and you'll probably never find another sealed copy... be the first to hear it!
