 record is immaculate, there are no marks or scratches whatsoever, it looks like its hardly been out the sleeve.
The Sleeve although really good as you can see in the pictures does have a crease top left in pic so Not Mint but very good 
This one really is nearly impossible to find.  Last one sold for £780 so a good investment.  It was 4 years before that the last one even became came availbale on ebay to buy
