if you feel disatisfied about the condition of your item, please write me, I would be happy to make
a partial or total refund if the record is in described so badly and it's less than 15 us dollars,
if value is bigger I would think about partial refund or send the stuff back to total refund,

Eliana works along the week so she is usually not able to ship every day, sorry,
she ships only saturdays even if the business here grow we will try to keep our eyes just on this.

Packaging, a few time ago a complaint was received about a broken record, by my own experience
I have worked around 10 years here, so I have learnt a lot of this, so we lately buy proper boxes
to ship, but sometimes for problems we are short of boxes so Eliana ships to save time and avoid delays
used boxes but she is keeping me aware of this, so We don't expect to use used boxes anymore, but in case
it happens please accept my apologies in advance and if the items arrive broken we will refund your money.
but if we use a brand new box and your item arrives broken ( I mean about out of US postal services),
we will not be able to send refunds because we packed well but if your shipping services are careless about
fragile stuff, sorry, if they are, please ask us about a heavier packaging and a overcharge to cover
exceeding shipping and sorry, if you have issues with your customs so please advise us to avoid any issue regarding this too.

About southamerican records, a few records have their cover just printed in a single piece of paper and bagged,
nothing more and maybe sometime a record arrives in that way to you and you will think
it's a not original pressing, but they are printed in that way, I am sorry and the bag is dirty so We just threw it
out away and send the sleeves with the record, it happens sometimes with expensive records, so please take care about
this , this is just for your customer satisfaction.
