Sandy Gurley
Sandy Gurley and The an Francisco Bridge
Very Rare original US LP released on Tower Records in 1968. 1st US White label Promo pressing.
Sandy Gurley is an American singer who will release an album in the company of the obscure group San Francisco Bridge (studio musicians) on Towe. Little things circulate on the girl who has a pretty voice, quite enchanting, all on guitar background fuzz quite cheerful. But as Sylvain said, the album is uneven, an excellent face where blurring influence blues, jazz and rock psyche, or even garage. On the other hand the B side is more conventional, two times really failed, Can not Buy me love (already the original is boring) and Under My Thumbs really anecdotal.
Unfortunately, we do not know any more, and it is a pity. A curiosity that is worth the detour however!
