Offered here is an album entitled Divine Song from Sangeeta. This album was recorded in July and October, 1979 and copyrighted 1980 by New Pulse Artists Records Co.

The musicians are: Sangeeta Michael Berardi on guitar, Archie Shepp on Tenor Sax, Roswell Rudd on trombone, Rashied Ali on percussion, Eddie Gomez on bass and Mario Pavone also on bass.

Songs featured on this album include the John Coltrane work Some Other Blues and Gershwin's Summertime.

This album bears an inscription on the reverse penned and signed by the lead artist: For Charles, The Mitzvah Man (at the top) and Peace, Geeta (toward the bottom).

The cover has some wear the the corners and some very faint spots of soiling. I have examined the record and find little wear (certainly no major scratches) though I have not played it.

PAYMENT:
We will send you an email at the conclusion of the auction containing payment information. Payment must be in U.S. dollars and may be made by PayPal, personal check, certified or cashier's check, or money order. We ask that you make payment within ten days of auction close.

If Paying by PayPal--
If you do not need to change anything, you can go ahead and make payment using the eBay system. You do not need to wait for our email. The PayPal web site will automatically add sales tax where appropriate.

Payment by Check or Money Order--
We reserve the right to delay shipping until funds have cleared our bank. We consider your feedback and the value of the item and do not do this very often.


SALES TAX:
CALIFORNIA BUYERS MUST INCLUDE 8.75% SALES TAX BEFORE THE ITEM CAN BE SHIPPED. California resellers can omit sales tax by providing their resale number and the name/address under which it was issued.


SHIPPING:
All items will be carefully packaged for safe delivery. We will reduce shipping for multiple items won by the same bidder as long as they are paid for with one payment. This reduction will vary with the types of items won. Most items are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. If you desire a specific method of shipping, please ask.

Inside the U.S.--
Buyer is to prepay and include $4.00 for packaging and USPS shipping. Typically, small items are sent by First Class Mail, books and similar items are sent by Media Mail, other items are shipped by Priority Mail or Parcel Post (depending on distance and weight). Locations without Media Mail or Parcel Post service may cost more.

While we have had excellent results in the past, we can not be responisble for loss or damage while your item is in the care of the postal service. Insurance is available at USPS cost:

     $1.65 for items valued at up to $50
     $2.05 for items valued over $50 up to $100
     $2.45 for items valued over $100 up to $200
     $4.60 for items valued over $200 up to $300
     $0.90 for each additional $100 of value

Insurance is REQUIRED for all items selling for over $200. The requirement for insurance will only be waived if you agree to accept the risk of loss of damage while in transit.

International--
The post office has changed their rate structure. Effective May 14, 2007, they will offer only Air Mail shipping options for packages sent outside the U.S. Information about these options has been scarce and we ask your patience and understanding as we work through the new rates and rules.

Shipping to other countries will be via the U.S. Postal Service at actual cost plus up to $1. You can get an idea of the charges at the USPS web site; we will email you with the actual charges at the conclusion of the auction. Regrettably, insurance is not offered on international shipments by USPS unless you are willing to pay much higher postal charges. While we have had excellent results in the past, we cannot be responsible for loss or damage while your item is in the care of the postal service.

Insurance is REQUIRED for all items selling for over $200. The requirement for insurance will only be waived if you agree to accept the risk of loss of damage while in transit.

Note also that we must declare the value of all international shipments for U.S Customs purposes. We will do so at the final auction price. Please do not ask us to do otherwise. You must agree to be responsible for any customs duties required to be paid.


RETURNS:
Your money back (less shipping and eBay fees) if you are not happy. If we make a material mistake in describing the item, we will pay the shipping and absorb the eBay fees as well. Just let us know you want to return the item within 7 days of receipt and mail it back to us in the condition in which it was shipped.
