The record has hardly any marks and grades EX.

The inner sleeve has a 1 inch split in the middle of the bottom edge and some creasing and it grades VG+.

The fold out insert has some creasing and grades VG+.

The gatefold sleeve has some very light edge/corner wear. The very lightest of ring wear/rubbing marks and it grades EX+.  There is a small tear on top of the Obi which has been taped up neatly on the back of it.
