Description
This is a SEALED ORIGINAL (NOT a reissue) 1974 UK copy of "Illuminations", a collaborative album between Devapidip Carlos Santana and Turiya Alice Coltrane, along with jazz greats Jules Broussard, Jack DeJohnette and Dave Holland, and is Santana's first solo album, as well as first under his Sanskrit name. This is chock full of typically wonderful Santana electric guitar solos, placed in a bit more free jazz setting. This copy is from the UK, and has fabulous art on the covers. There are NO saw marks, NO holes, and NO cut corners, this was NOT a cut out bin copy. The front has a fairly large HYPE STICKER attached to the top right, as well as a vintage price tag ($1.99!!! Don't we all wish). The corners have a bit of rounding from its 45 years of life, and the top left corner has a little piece of paper detaching, the other corners have just a tiny bit of rough poking out of the plastic (see photos). The spine has a great excess of shrink wrap that curls over the spine. This is a really nice with very minor flaws. Please see all photos before bidding or buying, and as always, thanks for looking in our store!
We've re-opened our eBay store after almost years of recovering from 5 surgeries, and moving to Oregon, where all profits from sales here will go to opening up a Used / New record store, so thanks to all purchases for helping bring our baby to life, its a dream come true. Because of my now disabilities, I'm not able to post often, but we'll be back up to our usual 4-500 listings eventually, lol, so check out our other items often! We rolled with a 100% feedback score when we had our store (TuesdayAfternoonVinyl) open, and we plan to keep our customers satisfied. We'll mail Media Mail because its cheap, which allows us to offer FREE US SHIPPING with all vinyl, and we mail carefully, with official LP mailers, the record outside the cover. We mail unto others as we would have them mail unto us. With SEALED VINYL, please understand that we will only accept returns if the LP is still sealed. If you are concerned about the condition, warped or broken or whatever, we can open it for you before mailing it, and if anything is wrong, we'll notify you and you can decide how to proceed. In the case of a warp etc, we will refund you completely, but only if we open it and see the issue before it mails. This is for our financial protection as well as yours. If you have any questions, please let us know. To all our regulars, its glad to back and we look forward to hearing from you. If you ever see wrong information in our listings, let us know, we love the trivia and strive to be accurate. Let me know if you like or hate our descriptions, I put a lot of effort into sharing stories and trivia, but if its not helpful, or boring lol, let me know, Id save a lot of time, but I do enjoy it. Thanks everybody!
